6. Litigation. Applicable law
Any dispute will be resolved by agreement between the two parties (amicably). In the event of failure to resolve the conflict amicably, the Romanian courts of the area of the registered office of SMILE DENT LAB SRL shall have jurisdiction.
SMILE DENT DENT LAB SRL shall not be liable for any damages, costs, lawsuits, claims or expenses arising as a result of users’ failure to comply with the “Terms and Conditions”.
